So I first had half my family tested and everyone is satisfied.
You just lie down on the mat and you immediately feel better.
So far, however, my conclusion is clearly positive and I would like to stay on the mat the whole time.

Much has already been said about the effect. Personally, I always use the mat to fall asleep in the evening. I can relax much better and fall asleep much faster. I also like the color very much, it goes perfectly with my interior - I haven't found anything negative yet

A good pillow, inside a whole piece of elastic foam, needles are glued qualitatively, delivered quickly, I recommend.
